Zanza sat on the floor of a circular room. A stair case ended in the middle and then purple carpeting blanketed the floor of the room. No furniture in the room. And the walls were all solid glass windows. Zanza sat facing out the window on the floor off to one area. Just bored and waiting.

Watari tredded carefully as he approached the Administration Building of the village. The foreign moniteration squad back at the entrance gates gave him some trouble and wasted alot of precious time. It was expected considering the history of the village. That made Watari wonder if they knew who he was, but that dosen't matter. He was not ordered to search and destroy by the Kazekage nor to kill all obstacles. But that is takened cared of, and now he is in the streets of Amegakure. Not much here except for rain. Oh, well that wasn't entirely true. There were many buildings. Huge ones, as tall as skyscrapers. In fact, most of these buildings are highly modern and revolutionized. It looked as if every street he turned was an industry. Even so, families were poor and only had hope in religion and that sort. This was the third time Watari has been here and he could see that modern and old, present and past still exists here.. He tried to mask his clothing to match that of a Rain resident but he couldn't quite pull it off, and his failed facade attracted attention to him. He kept on walking. He had no trust. He did not trust or place his faith in any of these foreign Kages a bit. They were all liars and decievers to Watari. What if one of them were allied to the Akatsuki? After all, in the past, the Akatsuki was a mercenary organization for hire and it is likely that one village has even gotten more closer to them through a secret alliance. If so, then the summit and the future of the shinobi are in grave danger. Even so, Watari had no doubt that he will make it back to the village alive and intact. He will not ask if any of the Kages will show up. Failure to do so would mean they have an economic crisis or they have bonds with the Akatsuki, the latter being most suspicious. He entered the Amekage's Building and up the stairs, where he asked one of the workers where the Amekage's Office was. He also had trouble with this not because he couldn't find someone but they kept asking why he wanted to see him. And eventually Watari had to tell his escort that he was an ambassador or diplomat or messenger or whatever from the Sand and so he was directed to the office door. "Lord Zanza is in there, please be quiet,' instructed his escort and he swiftly left. Watari just opened the door and into the luxurioius office. Glass walls with an open view of the village, and of course purple carpets. "Lord Amekage?" asked Watari, addressing to Zanza. "Good evening, I'm Watari, and I'm a messenger from the Sand Village. I was instructed by the Kazekage to call you to a meeting that will be held. Here's the invitation." And he gave Zanza the letter that Watari himself composed:

Dear Almighty Kage of this Wonderful Village,

You've been invited to an all-Kage Summit by Lord Kazekage Yamato Sosei. The conference will take place in the Sand Village and when you arrive there, you'll be escorted to the designated meeting location. The summit will take place nine days from now. We hope you can come and join us!

"Please read it through and I will answer whatever questions you have that I can," said Watari, as one foot turned towards the door to begin his immediate departure...

Zanza herd a disturbance down stairs. Rising to his feet he looked at the man who entered his office. "Lord Amekage? Good evening, I'm Watari, and I'm a messenger from the Sand Village. I was instructed by the Kazekage to call you to a meeting that will be held. Here's the invitation." Zanza listened quietly and read over the letter. He had nothing more to say but the man continued to speak as Zanza read. "Please read it through and I will answer whatever questions you have that I can," Zanza was tempted to tell him to get out but it made no difference. Moving to the window he slammed his foot through it. As the glass rained down Zanza stepped out the window and made his exit. Falling to the ground and exploding into a bunch of water drops that reformed in the clothing to recreate the Amekage. He walked off into the city. His dark drably clothing blending perfectly in with the people of the city.

Upon seeing the sudden absence, Watari left through the door and out of the Administration Building. Next stop... Konohagakure.. he thought. It'd probably take a day or less. Midway from the Administration Building towards the gates where he entered from, upon barren wet ground near an alley, Watari took normal steps as he usually would and a seal formula materialized upon the grass-covered ground on one step. Amegakure... check. Watari is thinking ahead, especially with the security and defensive force of this particular village. Completely undetectable and unnoticable, for the stalls nearby will cover it up entirely plus the formula will sink into the concrete ground. Watari left Amegakure, though with some trouble, and onto his next stop.....
